Deep Sensation II collects the varied deep and techy sounds of one of the UKs longest running record labels. Compiled and mixed by head honcho, Nick Harris, this digital package offers up full, unmixed and original mixes as well as the continuous DJ mix, Deep Sensation 2 is crisp and cool romp through the labels recent catalogue, with a couple of older classics thrown in for revival pressure!

Cutting edge talent is represented by artists such as Will Saul, Chymera, Wahoo (AKA Innervision’s Dixon) and Scope, who rub shoulders with established producers and long time NRK affiliates, Joey Negro, Nick Holder, Miguel Migs and Foremost Poets. The various flavours of underground house are represented here, but presented with a consistent flow and energy.

Hi-light tracks include Magik J’s recent rub of Foremost Poets, Matthias Heilbron’s techy garage cut “Brooklyn Sub”, Charles Webster’s beautiful deep “Acid Mix” of Shara Nelson’s vocal track “Go That Deep” and Will Saul’s deep, minimal soul sound in his remix of Chymera’s massive “Wish” cut.
