Terra Null Recordings proudly presents its seventeenth release: “Macros EP” from Ukrainian native Vladimir Moroz aka Owneath. Already sporting releases on Demand Recordings, Broken Audio and others, Owneath is quickly making a name for himself in traditional Drum and Bass circles despite being relatively new to the scene. We believe this release perfectly exemplifies the reason for such a quick ascension. The EP’s title track “Macros” hits hard and fast with expertly crafted percussion and cutting bass lines that make it the perfect asset for both headphones and dancefloors alike. The second track “Bad Rhythm” is similarly lethal and boasts equally if not more intricate percussion than its predecessor. Rounding off the EP is something a bit different, a stepper called “Empty Rooms” in which Owneath really flexes his creative muscles, coming up with something as weird as it is satisfying to the ear.
