Few would dispute Jonas Kopp as being one of the most prominent and exciting figures to emerge from Argentina in recent years. As an accomplished producer, remixer and performer, Kopp has fast transitioned from Buenos Aires' best-kept secret to one of contemporary house and techno's leading lights. Following a his early 2013 remix for Torque of Technetium's 'Holzig,' we're pleased to bring him back for the release of Go!.
Go! is a slice of pure techno for the ages. Kopp captures a truly timeliness feeling that's certain to resonate with dj's across genres. The track first appeared at Detroit's iconic Movement Electronic Music Festival 2013, as the opening for Dave Clarke's set on the RBMA stage. With Clarke already hammering the tune it only made sense to get him onboard for a remix of Go! which he carries out in collaboration with Holland's Mr. Jones under their moniker, _Unsubscribe_.
As _Unsubscribe_ Dave Clarke and Mr. Jones have teamed up for a series of remixes, ranging from John Foxx's seminal synth-pop gem `Underpass' to Gesaffelstein, Detroit Grand Pubahs, Black Asteroid on CLR, and Octave One. Their Go! remix masterfully captures the key elements of the original, but provides a new spin that's dark, driving and expertly crafted.
