ROUPER GETS THE NEW YEAR ROLLIN FROM DJ SCINNER .Scinner is a digital DJ and producer, originally from Siberia, Russia. His insatiable love for the music lead him to DJing which he started out professionally in 2000. He worked as a DJ and sound engineer for Apex-Radio since 2002.
