Teaming up is always a good idea. The two label founders Juli Lee and Pazkal also follow this principle when it comes to the next release here on klaus:elle. On their joint "Split EP" they once again prove what they both are best at. Juli Lee's track "Boss" underlines her penchant for groovy sounds, driving percussion and crisp vocals. This track is made for the outdoor events this coming summer. Pazkal's "Slippin Future" joins an extremely consistent series of dancefloor smashers that we have known from him for quite some time. Gloomy synths in combination with an untamed bassline and a fueled kick make you dance into the future morning. The two are supported by the groove maestro Mihai Popoviciu, who is very well known here on klaus:elle, and Marc Lenz, who has caused a stir with his own label Degree Records or impressive releases on 8bit or Ohral.
