Timeleft returns to Sonidos Distintos, this time as headliner, for our catalogue’s 29th reference. His trademark graceful and deep House music shows a manifest evolution, as well as representing a breakthrough for the Catalan producer. Daniel delivers three fresh and original cuts which come in handy to lengthen our summer holiday mood. ‘Good Chance’ opens the album with an infectious groove, vocal details and a sweet pad that go smoothly along with an exceptional FM bass which does not allow stillness at any time. In ‘A Big Deal’, Daniel plays around with a chord alternating octaves while the track rhythmically evolves. A special mention goes to the cowbell with flanger that has been stuck in our heads ever since the first listening. The last original tune is ‘Dear Hatson’, a rawer and more tribal cut, though just as effective, creating a perfect synergy amongst melody and bass. We would like to welcome North American artist Ralph Session, who closes the EP by transforming ‘A Big Deal’ into a bubbling soulful piece with the good vibe inherent to his productions.
