SupaEarth welcomes the incredible Dave Leatherman to the roster, with a two track EP destined to be tearing up dancefloors around the globe for many months ahead. Joined by regular collaborators Bruce Nolan and HP Vince, this is pure Disco Heat for your playlists as the summer season hots up.
Having released a successful and consistent barrage of tracks over the last couple of years on labels such as Springbok, Tropical Disco, Blockhead, Monoside, Midnight Riot, Whorehouse, Cruise Music, Armada and Chopshop, to name a few, Dave's prolific partnership with HP Vince has seen them regularly perched at the top of the Traxsource Nu-Disco chart with gems like 'Everybody Get Up' and 'Feel It', the two of them also being featured DJs on Traxsource Live in June 2019.
In early 2019, Dave also teamed up with his longtime buddy and production partner Bruce Nolan, to re-form a combo which is already producing Disco delights such as the classy cut 'Need In Me', and Traxsource heavy hitter 'Move N Groove' as part of Disco Dandies alongside Alexander Koning, their history together dating back to when Dave was co-producer and artist on the legendary House hit 'Waterfall' by Atlantic Ocean in the 90s, back in Dave's hometown of Dordrecht, nr Rotterdam.
Kicking off with the title track, 'Back Once Again' will take you straight back to the good times, with familiar horn lines, strings and some slick vocal edits. While keeping the soul and romance in this record, this superb production by Dave & Bruce, featuring white-hot beats and percussion, brings these classic vibes right up to date with a thrust of feelgood energy and groove making it a 'no brainer' for any dancefloor.
In typical Dave & Vince style, 'In Your Dreams' hits the beauty spot right in the bullseye with some tasteful editing skills, highlighting pure vibes of flutes, pianos, strings and gorgeous vocal harmonies.
