Norway's next big things Lakeshouse have called on friends to give their two EPs the re-rub treatment and what a job they've done.

The band themselves have taken Firkanta downtown to deep house with their trademark sparking production, musicality and dynamics. It's held down with a 4/4 and nagging bass but filled with all kinds of disco wonderfulness from the original that is aimed full square at future thinking dance floors.

Jarle Brathen takes a break from the Telemark Express project to flex his muscles on NRK. Stuttered drums and driving bass hold the original parts together for a lovely krautrock balearic take on the original.

RSS Disco serve up a massive filtered dirty bass that brings some serious funk. Added acid and the Norwegian vocals make this a deep late night head mangler.
