Quentin Harris is a name synonyms with quality music, so when he releases something new, both DJs and dance floors alike naturally take note. “Torture,” his latest with Lynn Lockamy more than lives up to the high standards the New York based DJ and producer has set for himself.
Quentin’s deep, driving production coupled with Lynn’s gospel vocals are an infectious combination. As you would expect from a story about a tortured soul, moments of drama and suspense are never far away. The word anthem is used all too frequently to describe vocal tracks, however, when used to describe “Torture,” it feels all too right.
Intense with a soulful edge, MNS143 is Quentin Harris doing what he does best.
