Heinz Music is closing in on its big release nr. 100, and to make the wait easier they have made sure that their 99 is a proper banger! This time AzMo is back, and we all remember him from his last “Electro Kino EP” that got a lot of support artists all over the globe.
His new “Trigger EP” sets off with the title track. A beautiful and dreamy yet energetic tune with synths that almost seems slightly trance inspired, the whole style of the track accentuated by the soft percussions. Following next is “Polyphonic Groove”. As the name indicates there is a bit different focus here, and the groove has a delightful punch to it that really makes you want to shake your ass. Playful melodies twirl around, leaving a sort of mystic vibe to it all.
None other than Luigi Rocca has joined in, putting his hands on “Trigger”. While skillfully keeping characteristically important elements from the original, he has turned it in to a full on Rocca make over, it is fierce, it is massive, and the remix gives the EP a nice edge to match the more floating atmosphere in the originals.
