The first release of 2014 for Bump Music comes courtesy of Marc Jay who has teamed up with vocalist Ohsha Kai on 'Space'. Solid deep groove here so we're glad to have Marc on board! On remix duties, the one and only Lil Mark.

Marc Jay Bio:
It was in 2002 when Marc Jay heard Ralph Lawson and Paul Woolford at Back to Basics in Leeds, U.K that his musical preference began its slant towards Deep and Funky Tech House. This passion became so great that the next obvious step for Marc was to buy some Decks and begin learning the skills that were to shape the Marc Jay that we know today.
In 2004 Marc entered the world of audio and MIDI sequencing, sound recording and music business at 'The Jam Factory' music college in York, U.K after having fallen in love with DJ'ing and House music in general. This passion and relentless work ethic saw Marc receive the ATM (Access To Music) Outstanding student of the year award from Edith Bowman (MTV & Radio 1) and the Access To Music Management at Piccadilly BAFTA in London. This prompted the Access To Music team to select Marc to represent them at The ATM festival at the De Montfort hall in Leicester with a DJ set that secured gigs @ Sankey's in Manchester for 'Bugged Out ' and 'In Bed With Space Ibiza'.
Marc Says "I like to think I'm a DJ that produces music, but if you ask anyone else Im sure they will say I'm a Producer who DJ's... I love making records but DJ'ing is where my heart is".
With a release on Julian Sanza's Heartbeat Revolution and a release pending on the infamous Peppermint Jam Records Marc's only aim is to build on what he loves to do and bring more music to the Dance floor.
