Paris-based Belgian producer Indoriaze returns to Bonzai Progressive with the fantastic ‘Tornado’ which follows his impressive debut slice ‘Abyss’. For Indoriaze, music is more than a pastime; it’s his calling, and he has embraced it wholeheartedly, pouring emotion and dedication into every track. His sound is shaped by a rich spectrum of influences, drawing inspiration from pioneers such as Paul Kalkbrenner, Tiësto, Joris Delacroix, Hernán Cattáneo, and Armin van Buuren. Blending elements from Progressive House, Techno, and Minimal, his music reflects the boundless diversity of electronic soundscapes. Through it, he seeks to connect, to express, and to leave a lasting imprint. We’re delighted to see him back once again.
‘Tornado’ gets us underway, delivering a driving progressive house journey that opens with punchy kick drums, crisp hi-hats, and intricate rhythmic percussion. Pulsing mid-bass plucks create a hypnotic undercurrent, while ethereal, enchanting vocals sweep across the soundscape. The break strips back to reveal a mesmerizing arpeggio, its entrancing patterns lifted by splashy snare accents. As tension builds, the main groove surges back in, carrying waves of emotion and an undeniable sense of uplift.
‘The Clock’ rounds out the release, opening with intricate percussion that sets the scene before a chunky kick drum and syncopated bassline lock in and take control. Flurries of vibrant synths dance around the groove, while delicate melodies and choppy vocal snippets weave in and out of the mix. Expansive, cinematic pads wash over the arrangement, leading into a breathtaking main break where wide, plucky synths take centre stage. Emotive note changes captivate the senses, setting up a euphoric return to the full groove.
