Spektre's record label Respekt welcomes the return of Crossbow who delivers a two-track, invigorating peak time techno EP.
This is the second time that Rachel Cross aka Crossbow has featured on Respekt, and it's an acid-tinged release with piledriving percussion and captivating vocals underpinned by pulsating basslines.
Based in New York, Crossbow has featured on other prestigious techno labels such as Metodi Hristov's Set About, Spartaque's Codex and The YellowHeads' Reload Records.
Not only is she an exciting producer whose music has been played by the likes of Adam Beyer, Crossbow is also an accomplished DJ who is well known within New York's underground club scene.
'Delusion' opens the release with it's bubbling bassline and thrashing hi-hats, which form a foundation for dramatic synth bursts and flickers of acid. 'Reverie' is a stripped back track with hammering percussion and dark atmospherics that shroud a trippy lead synth cut by captivating vocal phrases.
