If the album's first half is all about the slow goodbye to the light, the album's second half is decidedly darker. Sid's "Scene" fuses the skittish swing of UK garage drum programming with dubby chords and classic minimal vocal chops - an instantly memorable combination made to keep punters in a trance. Frankfurt legends Tobi Neumann and Dorian Paic keep the headsy vibes churning with "Voices." It's a paranoid track, with minor key chords laced over the shuffling snares and breathy vocals that weave in and out like a bad trip tapestry. We slide further into the looking glass on the following track from original Ostgut resident André Galluzzi who teams up with Daniel Stefanik. "Out of Control" is sinister techno with a psilocybin spicing.

But, lest we get too lost in the dangers of the night, we finish with some daylight thanks to the understated majesty of the soaring "Rising Yellow" from Behind Those Ears. This all sets the stage perfectly for the final track on the record, a perfectly silky and smooth deep house of Cassy. "Fits Together" is everything you want from a closing track - Cassy's uplifting vocals wind themselves over the smoky keys and live drums all begging for the final chant of "One More Tune!"
