INIGO KENNEDY RETURNS TO ASYMMETRIC WITH SIX TRACK EP ‘YELLOW LEAF’.

Asymmetric label boss Inigo Kennedy returns to his label with the ‘Yellow Leaf’ EP.

The EP opens with ‘Yellow Leaf’ itself and its signature melody and emotion that is familiar across much of Kennedy’s work. Driving, hypnotic, floor killer ‘Gridiron’ follows before ‘Strange Attractor’ delivers a more ominous tone and dramatic posture. ‘Sideswipe’ oozes pure machine funk primed for the dark and finally the magical shards and yearning strings of ‘Fragmentine’ appear to round out the journey.

The title track ‘Yellow Leaf’ began life in 2010 but finally finds its home and a fitting release. Patrick Walker (Forward Strategy Group) took to a demo version of the track all those years ago and delivered an unofficial rework which itself also finally sees the light of day as the ‘Isodyne Truth Revealed Mix’ - an exclusive bonus track that will be available via Bandcamp.

Expect to see more Asymmetric action over the coming months.
