Born in Scotland in 1983, Futatsu aka Alan Carson is now based in Worcestershire, England.
Alan has been captivated by dance music since first hearing the Hardfloor remix of More Kante's Yeke Yeke at the age of 11. On a rainy October morning in 1998, Alan skipped classes at school to go and buy Gatecrasher's Black mix compilation. That was the beginning of a deep journey into Trance and a profound realisation that electronic dance music was going to become an essential component of his life.
After being mesmerised by the likes of Tiësto and M.I.KE. Push on the dance floors of Gatecrasher and Passion, Alan discovered Sasha, Digweed, Nick Warren, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo and other pioneers in the progressive house scene. His love of trance, plus a deep appreciation for a slower, more progressive sound resulted in the birth of Futatsu.
Combining elements of trance, house and progressive, Futatsu takes you on an emotional journey that moves not only your body, but also your soul.
