Bunkered in a kitted out basement in St Petersburg as an ever more unpredictable world roils around them, Kim & Buran continue to trace lines between Russia's electronic disco past, and our endlessly turbulent present.

'French Train' rolls along cosmic disco tracks to the half remembered dancefloors of a happier past, and onto jubilant danceflloors of longed for futures, employing chugging b lines and carefree Moog flourishes to stoke the engines.

'Bird Over The City' keeps things bright and funky, with crisp swingy beats, swirly pads and free flowing structure underpinned by deep house sensibilities, whilst set closer 'Mirror Fields' gets more reflective, as crafted melodies drift over rolling arpeggios and hints of Radiophonic Workshop shape plaintive lead synths.
