Klein & MBO, aka : Italian Mario Boncaldo and New Yorker Tony Carrasco will always be known for their foundational Italo / proto House 1982 classics 'Dirty Talk' and 'MBO Theme', and rightly so.
Here the lesser known 'Wonderful', one of six tracks on their sole mini Album 'De-Ja-Vu', and built with the raw electronic - disco tools that define their sound, gets remixed by Running Back's bespoke purveyor (Phillip) Lauer. The Frankfurt heavyweight happily veers off neo-Italo paths, and heads off into bumping, primordial rave-disco hybrid territory for what we hope is a potent 21stC dancefloor weapon.
This is accompanied by a newly edited spacey dub of Wonderful, alongside the much sought after '1983 Warehouse' edit (done, ironically, in 2005 for the Disco Exotique edit series, by N Devon's own D Tourn desperadoes).
