Nelson steps up for his debut release on Deeper Traxx. He first released with sister label Sense Traxx in 2018 but returns to the fold with a deeper, darker edge about him. This EP shows a very different side to his productions and a shift in the direction of his music.

'Cluster' opens up the collection of tracks. Punchy drums and sub bass take point, pushing into your chest as the track progresses. A floating breakdown sits in the middle of the track, building a crescendo of ambience before the familiar kick drum and subs resume. An all round roller, cluster is something fresh and new.

Paawl then takes the driving seat for a remix of 'Cluster' harnessing the ambient synths from the original and putting his own spin on the overall track. Adding some signature punch and drive to the drum production, you get a different feeling and vibe from this one.

'Expand' shows the lighter side of this EP with a rhythmic, bouncing stab taking the forefront. This is perfect for the daytime open air or stripped back sets.
