Deeper’s Back. Welcome then, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls to the sound of Deeper Traxx. After the successful launch of the Sense Traxx sister label with the Utopia EP from the talented Alex Ranerro, we return with the sublime Jame Moorfield and his Debut EP for the label, Momentum.

Jame hails from The U S of A and that certainly shows, emulating the US Garage / Deep House masters with this. The lead track of the same name is an deep house gem! Garagey in its approach, with lovely drums and percussion driving the groove, a gorgeous bassline and to finish off the recipe some organ stabs and vocal licks - just what the doctor ordered.

This is of course remixed by our very own King of Cool, Tom Jay, displaying his huge talent and giving Momentum a disco workout. A stompin’ groove, bassline that just won’t quit and exquisite attention to detail with the drums, percussion and those little added extras, early or super super late, this’ll rustle your jimmies!

Rounding off the EP with The Passing, Jame quickens things up a little. A skippier groove and bouncier bassline, subtle but effective looped vocals and beautiful organ and piano licks. If you want to liven up a groovier set then this is a choice cut!
