Born out of the legendary Hive Club in Zurich, Animal Trainer are a production team in full bloom. Over the last few years, the dynamic duo of Adrian Wölhaff & Samuel Gmür have amassed an array of releases on an impressive list of labels including the likes of Stil Vor Talent, Poker Flat, Monaberry and Yoshitoshi. In short, it’s a mighty fine resumé. Whichever way you slice it.

And now they return to Selador with a two tracker of quality and distinction. Lead track ‘Amaron’ lays down it’s club credentials from the off, bobbing and weaving through a precise arrangement that will win hearts and move feet in equal measures.

The Danish duo Baime and Berlin label chief Einmusik also weigh in with two equally measured approaches that pull no punches and kick proverbial plus the added bonus of ‘Atamaran’ adds the icing on the cake, the final layer to beautifully balanced package.
