The 'It Could Be' EP by Ethan Poe is a strong testament to the polished yet playful Dub-House sound that we came to expect from Portugal based Colour In Music.

The title track comes with a slick 4 to the floor house groove, wildly echoing filtered stabs and sultry pitched down vocals, setting the tone for the EP.

The Rubinskee Remix keeps the sombre ambience from the original over a gently building live drum pattern, until a wild pulse bass-sequence breaks open the track, evoking warehouse feelings.

With 'Don't Look Back', we see Ethan Poe in a more funky mood, lacing a shuffling beat with tightly sequenced synth bass, swirling leads and the spacious filtered stabs.

'Say Nothing' closes the EP with a very reduced and laid back atmosphere, still in a head-nodding house fashion, but with a wagon load trippy pads, strings and layers of sequenced synth goodness.
