Motive Records was born with one Motive in mind: Good House Music and Good Vibes. Our fourth release is the first official release from Sydney duo - Kill Your Heroes.

Take It Easy, the lead track combines an ethereal vocal with moody pianos, a roaring bassline and a ripping groove. This is complemented by 'When I'm Not Around', that has an old school feel with it's detuned synths and popping bass.

Somehow tastemakers like Hot Since 82, Gorgon City, Claude VonStroke, Vanilla Ace, DJ T., Riva Starr, Richy Ahmed, Mat. Joe, Sasha Carassi, Darius Syrossian & Mihalis, Roger Sanchez and Richie Hawtin have got their hands on early copies of these Kill Your Heroes records and have shown their support.
