Nini Maluks is grateful for yet another opportunity to express and share his musical concepts with his followers and supporters. “LATITUDE” is the sixth release for Laminar-Wavy Records by Nini Maluks which, once again, brings out distinctive qualities in his exceptional arrangements, mixing, moving bass lines and production as a whole. He continues to produce music that transmits a mixture of what Nini Maluks interprets as a combination of soulful house, broken beat, lounge, deep house and jazz genres.



Nini Maluks has featured one of the most influential Afrobeat pioneers, Femi Koya. Femi combines Afrobeat and jazz with a nostalgic Sophiatown flavour making his music a rich blend of deep and sultry jazz and contemporary groove. His story of migration from the West to the South of Africa resonates in his music, which creates a conscious dialogue between West African and South African sounds. Through his versatility on the saxophone, Femi breathed new life into Nini Maluks’ music.
