Next up on NoExcuse Records, we have Guille Placencia with his 'Nineties' EP, Guille has been gaining a lot of traction recently with releases alongside George Privatti, Yvan Genkins, Novodisc and appearing on some of some of the most popular imprints in today's scene. For those very reasons, we are super happy to present his latest 2 track offering.

'Snappy' opens the show with a surge of upbeat, shuffled rhythm; quickly throwing you in at the deep end from the early stages. This bouncy Tech bomb swiftly gets you in the party mood with it's hugely groovy bassline, catchy vocal hooks and monumental drops. It's a fine display of Guille's signature sound and certainly brings an insatiable element of fun to the table.

The second track keeps the bar high, 'Nineties' has an almost garage-like feel to it at first but quickly transcends into another bouncy groover. A track with masterfully constructed live drum patterns, scratch effects, 90's rap samples, more big drops and another monster bassline. That's two tracks worth of 'ticking all the boxes' on the modern Tech House weapon checklist, something you'd come to expect from a producer in his prime.

Guille Placencia's 'Nineties' EP, proudly presented to you by NoExcuse Records.
