Introducing the "Matt Fear – Absolute Terrace (EP023)" EP
"Absolute Terrace" is a deep tech monster with a dark rolling baseline that grooves and drops in all the right places. The vocal snippets and drum beats lead you to a huge breakdown that seems to build forever until finally you get subtly dropped back into Matt's dark grooves. Pure bliss!!
First up on remix duty we have KandK, who were on fire in 2017 with their standout edit of the classic "Double 99 – RIP Groove" that got played on all the big dancefloors. Their version of Matt's "Absolute Terrace" adds some extra energy to the beats and groove, turning it into a peak time house anthem!
Next up, we have the extremely talented Lindsey Matthews, who provides a deeper, slower and all round more groovy remix. Lindsey makes great use of vocal snippets to build tension, whilst adding in her own heavy dub baselines and beats that will prove popular for anyone looking to give their house and techno sets another dimension. Expect big things from Lindsey and this remix in 2018!
Finally, the EP is closed off with the Rough Cut and Tebah remix that takes the original straight to the main room dancefloor and asks you to put your hands up in the air with its uplifting sounds and slick beats.
