Arty Party ( A.k.A) Tahir Jones Joins the DeepStitched family. Midnight Shift is a rocker with a bass line that’s really going to get you moving. Scattered with well placed voice samples, a mesmerizing xylophone riff and rich drums and strings in the background, Midnight Shift is a banger. Muted Thoughts is a dub mix with yet another killer, a catchy bass line Tahir is know for. Pulsing strings and wonky drum work adds to this mix with a lovely shaker shuffle. Its cool and gritty. Sublime musicality here for a dub but you’re going to dig it. The Memory is quite unforgettable and rightly so. Piano stabs and a brilliant synth lick both play well off each other with a creeping pad that crescendos in and then abruptly taken away. A nice warm bass line helps give the track it’s back bone.
