Cologne operation Rough House Rosie return with a fourth release and a full label debut from Russian producer Shine Grooves (also known to make techno as Quadrat) whose track 'Pure Reason' featured on the Silent Movie Sounds I split release issued by RHR in 2013. The Cairo EP sees the Yekaterinburg-based producer drop five cuts that slip between various moods of house and techno.
