Arms and Legs first lady Kristin Velvet has quietly been amassing acclaim with her past releases recieving nods from Resident Advisor and spins on BBC Radio 1. The Berlin based producer broadens her scope with Spinning EP - an inventive left of centre house and techno affair. Not only is this elegantly mixed and arranged, the gentle vein of playfulness which runs through her productions is exploited here with delightful self-irony. Irrisitably likeable.
