Hot on the heels of "Puis-Je", the debut release on their IPO imprint, Hystereo juxtapose 80s & 90s aesthetics to fashion an EP of modern, disco-house bounce. "Alright", evokes a sultry evening scene - its soulful vocal hook, tender chords and deep funk bass, underpinned by a grinding Prince-esque Linndrum beat. "Sometimes I Wonder Why" hops, skips and jumps through several decades of dancefloor decadence - 90s riffs duel playfully with radiant 80s lustre - culminating in a crescendo of electric keys and spacey chants.
