The Last Call EP Ly Sander co-produced with long time partner Michael J Collins turned out to fit perfectly the role of opening EP for Special place recordings. It encloses both the spirited and intriguing club track Last Call and the more acoustic Stay featuring a solo effort both on bass and guitar by the late Matt Bessa. Two facets of the atmospheres Ly Sander wants to develop on Special place recordings.
Whilst Last Call could make raves on the dancefloor, Stay has a very intimate and emotional atmosphere, the more so that Matt Bessa, contributing to aerial bass and guitar solos for the track passed away in his twenties, just when starting to gain air play and some success with his band Lady Bazaar.
