Robert Istoc brings over a decade of underground expertise: under his Dubtil alias he’s released on Romania’s most important local imprints—Arpiar, Understand, Amphia or Metereze—earning a reputation for precision-engineered grooves and dub-infused minimalism. Last year he launched his own vinyl-only label, Infrequent, while in the digital realm he curates the Attitudes imprint, delivering live-recorded, unedited techno and minimal cuts .
