While we met APro, Israel and voodoe on the previous releases, the Audio Emission crew has created the next release. Please welcome Bo Irion as contributor on AE005. Bo has a life-long spanning history dedicated to club music and the Frankfurt scene, starting in the early nineties while working at the Neuton distribution and entertaining crowds in countless nights, mornings and days. While finishing his master studies he eventually joined Universal Music and since his return to Frankfurt is holding responsibility for the TANZHAUS WEST nights as „Head of Booking“. Bo and Rob potentially met in the early 2000´s sharing their passion and love for Dub- and Detroit techno and eventually pleasing the crowds with love, music and lights, they became friends and studio companions. Long story short, they have shared releases and remixes and Bo kindly agreed to help with his expertise on the management of the Audio Emissions imprint. Again, as per Audio Emission´s concept, both trax on AE004 have been jammed with love on the modular wall, are mastered by infamous Mike Humphries (Mastertraxx) and are ready crowd tested and approved. „Deemphasis“ is a 130 BPM is a techno influenced track with a clear destination: Forward! “mnmlmn“ is one of Bo & Rob´s more techno influenced dancing machines while being stripped down to the essence it´s drive is a remarkable statement. Looking at Rob´s taste for groovy techno, both track are flavoured with muted chords a whipping 909-ride - obviously Rob‘s trademark, the White Noise, is not being forgotten. Rob has been shaping his first imprint - Audio Emissions - and a series of 12 EPs is planned across the year. Joining forces for the label management with friend and studio companion Bo Irion, we will see and hear productions straight outta Frankfurt. Let´s kick it!
