While AE002 and 003 entered the dance floors and we met APro and Israel, the Audio Emission crew has created the next release. Please welcome voodoe as contributor on AE004. Working in the same clubs around the millennium and becoming friends, when Rob did the lights, voodoe took the responsibility for the decks and the musical selection, though, their studio history only started around 2018. Looking at their shared history in musical education, Freddy and Rob quickly discovered their passion to go beyond the usual 4-to-the-floor and integrated sampled elements as well as field recordings. Again, as per Audio Emission´s concept, both trax on AE004 have been jammed with love on the modular wall, are mastered by infamous Mike Humphries (Mastertraxx) and are ready crowd tested and approved. „Karben“ is a 133BPM techno stomper with a massive break, quirky noises and a hous-ish atmospheric groove.“Lowkarb“ is not a diet but a declaration of love to Berlin, Detroit and the 90s. Looking at Rob´s taste for groovy techno, the track is flavoured with muted chords a whipping 909-ride - obviously Rob‘s trademark, the White Noise, is not being forgotten. Rob has been shaping his first imprint - Audio Emissions - and a series of 12 EPs is planned across the year.
