The latest 2025 archive release arrives as The Tronic Sessions. The good news is that the entire ‘Prototextures EP’ was found on an archived DAT tape and remastered for this release.
4 tracks of typical Swedish style Techno, as was popular at the time. Originally released as Nico Awtsventin on Christian Smith’s Tronic label, which is still going strong with over 400 releases.
Fusing tribal elements with heavy sub movements, the EP stood out as being a little bit different.
The bad news is that the missing ‘Energia’ single is lost and will unfortunately not feature in archives.
