Victims Music Company presents OCCUPY, MODERN FRIEND's first Ep.
In 2022, Voytek Korab (My Favorite Robot) and Canadian producer Jean-Michel Lapointe (Bran Van 3000) began a new project aimed at returning to the framework of a live band. This would be the genesis of Modern Friend, a new band influenced by Voytek's early love of shoegaze, post-punk and alternative music. The songs are a collection of new and older writings from his days touring with My Favorite Robot, while longing to return to his roots of singing and songwriting.
