As Spring starts to show we're delighted to bring you the next single from the sensational Maya Blandy - "Lemons"
It's inspired by the later sounds of Curtis Mayfield, with beautiful acoustic guitars in the style of Ernie Isley, played by the amazing Adam Phillips. It has a sick horn arrangement by Trevor Mires (trombone) with Ryan Quigley on trumpet, "Lemons" beckons the feeling of chilling in glorious summer sunshine.
"Lemons" will also be released on 7" vinyl by Jake's old Herbaliser crew member Malachi Trout on his Skyline Recordings Label
