This EP is the fruit of collaborations, connecting singers and musicians from different backgrounds, languages and neighborhoods through their contribution to making groovy dancefloors. It is a reflection of the diversity that underlines daily life in Montreal. Each song started as a beat sent to the singer, and as they added their unique touch.
Swa Swally added his unique voice and percussion textures to the track "Riders", deepening the psychedelic desert blues sound and taking the listener on an adventure through the dunes. Continuing a long collaboration "Pedacitos de Ti" highlights the creativity and raw power of Montreal's Mexican psychedelic dub queen Ultra K.

The talented couple Aurelien and Nassila collaborated on the song Saya, dedicated to Oonga's son, with a beautiful, lyrical vocal melody in Arabic complemented by a hypnotizing set of clarinet overdubs. Vamos is a collaboration begun when Don Mescal brought a couple of balearic-type loops to the studio and started jamming with Ansoara, creating this laidback beach song.
Apart from this, the EP also showcases the contributions of six remixers each adding their distinctive flair : Tribulin Sound, Dvniel, Ka:lu, Matija and Richard Elcox and Nat Barrera.

Music brought us together at parties, in someone's kitchen, on the beach, on a road trip, and it continues to bring us together to the studio to create new work to animate and soundtrack our adventures.
