When hypnotic techno compositions produce sounds similar to a Geiger counter, stalkers awake within artists.

Alexander Lozovoy & Tonel' recreated the gloomy atmosphere of the current Chernobyl flashed by the memories of the past. With this audio statement, electronic musicians expressed their attitude to what is happening at the 4th power unit, to the effects of the Duga radar station and to the post-accident situation.

They have incorporated that famous secret sound signal of the 'Russian Woodpecker', placing it in the environment of a gloomy minimal sound. Chernobyl is an attempt to draw the audience's attention to the complex problems of the modern fragile world.
