After releasing Língua in 2016 and reissuing it on vinyl in 2018, the Octa Push brothers return with their third album of originals, entitled Purga, meaning purge in Portuguese. An album written entirely in Portuguese and Creole, conceived and developed over recent years, Purga hints at transformation and rebirth, hoping that the end becomes a better beginning. Musically, it is the open door left by "Língua", where electronics are fused with the influences given by all the featured artists on the record, notably Aline Frazão, emmy Curl, LaBaq, Meta_, Nástio Mosquito, Prétu aka Chullage, Scurú Fitchadu and basco in the final poem.
