Scottish artist Jack and Tali Freaks join forces on the superb Only Me. Although its been a while since we last saw these guys together, of course they’re no stranger to these shores after their debut cut under Aspecto released years ago on Boombox Records very well supported by BBC Radio 1. Great to have both guys on board. Only Me delivers a spritely, forward moving slice of progressive house. The track opens up with a nice chunky kick and rhythmic hats lead the way as catchy vocals set the mood. A deep, driving bassline leads us to the break where the vocals come to life alongside different pads and synth stabs, drawing us in with the arpeggio and filling the groove with emotion. The vocal is thin and passionate, the perfect element that blends effortlessly with the uplifting progressive vibe. An absolute stomper that is not to be missed.
