The release of the new year from the Wind Horse Records HQ is now ready courtesy the incredible Mumbai-based DJ and producer Farhan Rahman.

The up and coming house music messiah treats our ears with "Lagos", an organically tribal tune with loads of inspired funk and pomp. The track begins with a groovy rhythm that gives you an idea of what's in store, accompanied by the uplifting sounds of a trumpet that seems very retro inspired. As it builds, a catchy riff of a digital keyboard springs to life beautifully, adding movement and warmth that transports you back in time, while still rooting you in the present.
The playful syncopation of these elements is also accompanied by intelligently arranged percussive elements, dashes of vibey-vocals and a lot of fun. Perfect for an intimate, tight space or those sunny outdoor moments, "Lagos" is sure to be find itself being played out at several venues and or house parties?
