Dubfire’s SCI+TEC imprint welcome another debutant to the roster as we are introduced to Xordo, the alter ego of Mexican producer Ricardo Garduno. The Chicago-based artist has been creating some of the rawest techno for many years but now, with the creation of his Xordo moniker, Ricardo has the freedom to be more musical, recording vocals and live instruments, but also experimenting with his love of the more underground electronic genres, bringing together organic and futuristic elements.
Now Xordo readies himself for the unveiling of his first EP for SCI+TEC, "The Chip." Moody, minimalistic, warm and enveloping, this three track voyage sees Xordo present his most expansive and engaging work to date.
