After last years chart-crushing successes on Adam Beyer’s Drumcode and Pan-Pot’s Second State label, Jay Lumen won’t be holding back as he’s prepared two new Techno bangers on his Footwork imprint to kick off 2021! "From Outer Space" is a smashing techno weapon with a nicely laid out vocal section perfectly in tune with fresh melodic elements and acid sprays resulting in a high quality mixture of old- and new school techno. Followed by "Maori” which yet again is build around vocal cuts, but in combination with a raw and deep tribal techno sound — a groove that tastes oh so fresh! I’m currently awaiting new credentials in order to upload the release to Beatport, but it seems they’re having a little holiday break themselves. I will let you know if we need to postpone the release beyond Feb 5 due to any delay caused.
