The crazy, but true story of Do It Now and Gaps Sobrio and Ante, the duo behind the dj/production group, Dust Notes. During a discussion between them over what to do with their next batch of music, the topic of the South African house scene came up, both being huge fans of the music and artists that have come from that part of the world. The guys thought that being new and pretty unheard of as artists, they would not get the attention of some of the labels they admired. Never the less, they went ahead and wrote a list of some of the labels they would like to send music to in the future. At the top of that list was a label called Do It Now. It seems the Universe works in mysterious ways, because the very next morning after that conversation, Dust Notes found they had received a message from Do It Now label boss, 2Lani the Warrior. He had tracked them down to ask if they had any music to submit. It was a rare, but a very welcome twist of fate that has inspired this EP.
