We're always gassed to hear how different producers have their own take on dub music, and when we heard this one we recognised that the variations are endless! Hailing from Seattle, Wetman introduces a new alias with this release entitled 'Here' which is an intro into his experimentalist style of dubstep. In fact to call it that would be a disservice, as Wetman masterfully blurs genres and styles, bringing influences of roots dub, bass, breakbeat, funky, tribal and jungle all to the tempo of 140 bpm. This one kinda just fell into our lap, and Wetman killed it on this one, so we thought we'd give it back to you for free. Well. you can pay if you want!
'Bongo Dub' sets of the release, coming in swinging like a group of chimpanzees having a tribal skank in the rainforest. Nuff breaks, drums and subtle elements, all leading up to the mad breakdown at the end of the track.
'ooooo' is so smooth you could spread it on toast. A spacious, mellow intro encapsulates, with vocal snippets flittering through the track, building up to a shell down of breaks and bass.
'At the Park' was the tune that instantly drew us to this EP. The sound design on this one is exquisite! Many elements weaving in space, yet perfectly balanced. A certified head-nodder.
'Right Now' kind of captures the vibe Wetman is on right now; cross-over styles, warm and ambient textures, dubwise flavours and gully basslines. Oh, and a clear love for le break.

One love to you all for the support, for real.
