Filthy Beats Digital is the home imprint for Perth (AU) based DJ/Producers - Filth & Pleasure. With previous releases on Freakin909, Keep on Techno, Speedsound and Build It Records, the boys have started to gain some serious traction with their output of late. Filthy Beats Digital will be recognised for supporting both up and coming Australian based producers with remix packages from more established Artists.
'Don't Stop'
A rolling groover of a track with the typical, tight, layered percussion that the boys have become known for. Good use of the vocals throughout help to keep the energy high and some clever movement in the bassline keeps the track interesting through to the breakdown. The momentum keeps building through the break as the acid line starts to take shape and then all manner of chaos lets loose on the drop. This is a track that you won't stop playing!
One the flip side, the force of nature that is Ben Coda delivers a trademark remix that has already been getting great responses during his festival sets the last couple of months. Clever use of the some of the original elements, combined with an infectious groove, exquisite percussion, the introduction of a new melody and some great stabs, risers and fx all take this track in a totally new direction from the original.
Whether you're looking for a techy, groovy roller or a peak time banger, there's enough in both of these to keep everyone happy.
The future is looking Filthy!
