Filth & Pleasure - That's Right (featuring Skapes remix)
Filthy Beats Digital is the home imprint for Perth (AU) based DJ/Producers - Filth & Pleasure. With previous releases on Freakin909, Keep on Techno, Speedsound and Build It Records, the boys have started to gain some serious traction with their output of late. Filthy Beats Digital will be recognised for supporting both up and coming Australian based producers with remix packages from more established Artists.
'Thats Right'
The old cliche - 'The Thunder from down under' saying is pretty apt with this next release from Filth and Pleasure on Filthy beats digital. 'Thats Right' is a BOMB of a party tune, from the outset it throws quick upbeat tech/ funk in with one huge vocal hook that will define the way a dance floors energy heads. As with their previous releases, the boys trademark of progressively building percussive loops and layering of tightly fit vocals, and they even manage drop in a dirty little Hoover, complimenting the flow of the tune perfectly.
One the flipside, UK Tech House don - Skapes, delivers a trademark remix, taking the energy up a notch further with a monster of a bassline, intricate drums and percussion, clever fills and great use of some of the elements from the original track. To say that FBD were delighted when they got this one back from Skapes would be an understatement, the entire team at FBD are big fans of his work and look forward to working with him again in the future.
These Guys are on fire, with each new release having massive cross over appeal expect to hear lots more where these come from.
