Cortega's creative journey, deeply inspired by African music, is an
ongoing quest to bring people together as one - through music and dance.
Music is a family affair. In 2011, he co-founded the ElectrAfrique
collective in Nairobi, helping spur the development of the afro house
scene in Kenya. Since 2015, he has been based in Dakar, pursuing similar
objectives on the West side of the Continent.
