TATIANA LORAZ

Tatiana Loraz is an artist at heart. She earned her B.A. and M.F.A. degrees in theatre and performed on stages across the Midwest and Western states in the U.S., including The Smith Center in Las Vegas with Broadway in the Hood. Her skills as an actress, writer, singer and director have granted her opportunities to take on several social justice projects. Even as she continues to pursue an acting career in theatre and film, music has always been in her nature.

Tatiana hails from the Metro-Detroit area, & is now based in the Western United States. She grew up influenced by the sounds of 90’s and contemporary R&B, hip hop, dance, and gospel. Every voice teacher she worked with has said the same thing, “Behind her reserved and laid back exterior lies a big voice.” One teacher described her voice as, "having a unique, darker quality you rarely find in theatre, a real gem." Under the guidance of her mother who was once a choir director, and inspired by her father who traveled the world as a DJ, she soon found herself writing songs and poetry at the age of 13. By the age of 25, she had learned how to produce her own music.

Finally venturing out in the vast world of R&B, Tatiana Loraz is taking her passion to hone her soulful alto with her dynamic sounds, and create music with substance. She released her first single of 2020, "TOKEN,” off her upcoming EP. “TOKEN” was self-written and self-produced. The house remix, was produced by her father, International DJ Terrence Parker.
